How to Attend the Retreat {if you are worried about the money}

Registration is now closed.

I know there are women out there who are in need of this retreat and this safe place we are creating to find rest and encouragement.

But, could it be that the $150 registration fee seems too much to ask? Is that why you haven't registered?

Our prayer is that every woman who wants to come (and needs to come!) is able to come, no exception. We are offering limited scholarships, but I also wanted to share other ways to come to the retreat as well, if money is an issue.

Here are some suggestions for how to come to the retreat if you are worried about the money:

1. Ask to attend the retreat for your Mother's Day gift.

I can't think of any gift that would be better this year for foster and adoptive moms!!! (hmmm...I can feel another blog post directed at husbands coming soon!)

2. Host childcare for your friends for a date night.

This might take a couple of times, but this could be a great way to make $150 and help you friends at the same time!

3. Have a yard sale.

What better way to welcome spring than to declutter your house and make some money for the retreat?

4. Ask your support system to send you using GoFundMe.

I haven't ever used GoFundMe, but it came highly recommended. This way you can share the link on facebook and ask your support network to come together to send you on this much-needed night away! (if you do this, please let us know so that we can share the link on our page too!!!)
